What can be digitized
Company and brand logos (including left chest size), cap and hat fronts, jacket backs and large designs, patches and badges with satin borders, names, text and monograms, photos and pictures, 3D puff designs, appliques, and uniform or promotional artwork.
Files are digitized manually with the density, underlay and pull compensation set for your fabric. Auto-converted files tend to pucker, break thread and lose small details.
Formats and machines

Price and turnaround
On 23 September 2026 the listings stated prices from €1.99 for simple text or small logos, a quote for detailed designs (most logos under €20) and up to €55 for large, multi-colour artwork. Turnaround was from 1 hour for simple text and basic logos, 4 to 12 hours for medium designs and 1 to 2 days for complex artwork. Always confirm the current price and time with the shop.
Custom anime characters are made to order within 24 hours: you send the picture, approve a digital stitch preview, and receive the files in your Etsy inbox.
How to order
Message the shop with your artwork, the finished size in cm or inches, your machine format and the fabric or garment. You get a quote, buy the matching price option, and receive the embroidery file with a stitch preview. If it does not stitch the way you expect, the file is adjusted free of charge.
Clean, high-resolution artwork and the font name for any text mean faster delivery and a lower price.
