How personalization works

Custom name and year designs are made after you order. The featured varsity-name listing includes an instant read-me; the personalized stitch file is sent separately through Etsy Messages within the turnaround stated on the listing. Follow its personalization instructions or message the shop before ordering.

The kids name, evolution line and team name listings are digitized by hand within 24 hours. Names can be up to 8 letters; for two names or a longer word, message the shop first. The matching family set makes two names, each with its own character and year.

Spell it yourself with an alphabet bundle

Varsity alphabet bundles give you the letters to build any name yourself, with 18 to 50 characters to place beside it depending on the set. The platform game and hedgehog alphabets, for example, include A to Z, 0 to 9 and EST. in one-colour letters, so you change the thread to suit the sweatshirt.

The DAD and MOM bundles have 25 ready-to-stitch designs each, in widths of 5, 7 and 9 inches. Every design has a sample year, and the digits 0 to 9 are included so you can change it in merge software.
